Facilities such as an iron, humidifier, trouser press, and cell phone battery charger are available.

Wheelchair is available at the front desk.

Free coin lockers are available on the 1st floor. Luggage that will not fit in the lockers can be stored at the front desk.

Copy/Fax service is available at front desk. Copy: 10 yen per sheet; ｆax: 100 yen per 2 minutes.

In the event of late check-out, a fee will be charged. If you would like to delay your check out, please inform the front desk. Check-out can be extended until 1:00pm.

Laundry received by 11:00pm will be returned by 6:00am the following day. (10:00am will be returned by 7:00pm.)

Parcel delivery service is available at the front desk 24/7. Cardboard boxes are also available for purchase.

100 titles are available. Please purchase a movie card from the vending machine in the elevator hall for 1,000 yen.

Ice machines are located on the 9th and 12th floors. Paper cups for ice are provided.

Vending machines selling soft drinks are available on the guest floor(5th – 13th).
Vending machines selling non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available and the 9th and 12th floors.

Coin laundry is available on the 6th floor (two washers and two dryers). Soap is dispensed in the washer automatically. The cost to use the washer is 300 yen. 1 load takes approximately 30 minutes. Cost to use the dryer is 200 yen per 30 minutes.
